Emergent to support Bristol's creative businesses

I am delighted to announce that I have been appointed as a Business Advisor on the Creative Industry Finance scheme - press release as published in the Bristol Media website below:

"Bristol-based consultant Matt Spry has been appointed as a Business Advisor on the Creative Industry Finance programme. As part of the scheme Matt will provide one-to-one growth strategy coaching to creative and cultural businesses interested in raising funds to take their business to the next level.

Creative Industry Finance is an Arts Council England funded initiative offering business development support and access to finance for creative industry enterprises. The programme is operated by Creative United, a Community Interest Company established to provide support to cultural and creative businesses. Sectors that are supported by the initiative include; architecture, crafts, games, fashion, design, digital media, web, film, festivals and events, TV, radio, music, performing arts, publishing, literature, visual arts and photography.

Creative Industry Finance’s lending partners are Big Issue Invest, Community Development Finance Association (CDFA), East London Small Business Centre, Fredericks Foundation, Hitachi Capital (UK) plc, Key Fund, RateSetter and Triodos Bank.

Matt is founder of Emergent, a consultancy that works with businesses at the point of change, helping them to identify the right destination and design the roadmap to get there.
